I bought a bitcoin years ago and finally found my wallet on a backup disk. I understand that the blockchain has forked many times since then. How do I find these forks and see if I have value on other blockchains?

''' That sucks!!!! Honestly, I was scared to death (figure of speech) that Blockchain was going to try to claim that it always required 2fa in order to dump the backups... I didn't record the actual thing, and I only took a [screenshot]1 of the password screen. I didn't want to be all willy nilly with my 2fa backup key because that stuff freaks me out & I figured they would pay the bounty like they said they do on their HackerOne page then move on with life. *Phew haha* I found an exploit on eTrade back in my second year of college and first week of trading stocks that allowed me to buy 500 shares of company ABC for 0.01 each share with a fee of $9.99 (flat trading fees on eTrade). The company had a promotion program that refunded your first 500 trades so that I would get that $9.99 fee back the following morning... well... I discovered I could sell 1 share of company ABC for 0.01, and the most eTrade could take from it was 0.01 from it! However, the following morning *$9.99*! Lol fuck. I got $0 for that, but I didn't exactly tell them & I didn't go to prison :P. I did, however, get to go to their office overlooking NYC from across the river! (went on my own dime lol smh... dumb ass kid!) I almost lost 20 BTC, however, the website was honest and gave it back after teasing me publicly about giving my coins away to charity (or something, you can read the [thread]2 if you want, but all the images are broken; basically I could tip out my coins while they were locked in a bet if needed. The website eventually gave my coins back and fixed their problem.) I almost agree with just exploited it, but this one would require a little bit of IRL nastiness... I like to do to others as I'd want to be done to me anyways. If you found something like this on my site, I'd pay you the full $6,000 for helping protect our users (if I had it and offered a bug bounty program). I had about 2.5 Btc,when 1 btc was about 600$. One day I had to go to serve in the army. It was not allowed to bring a mobile phone or anything electronic. So I wrote the access code to my wallet on a piece of paper, and I put it on one of my shoes in the locker. It was only a short time ago that I could go home. When I went back, I looked for my shoes and did not find them, and my grandmother told me that she had given them to one of the poor men. I don’t remember the email or password to access my wallet. I've been trying for some time to get to that man, but I don't know how he looks and my grandmother died a short while ago He will be lucky if he know what this code ..
Restored a pre-fork wallet from backup post-fork, and sent coins to a new wallet. Blockchain shows coins move through multiple unfamiliar wallets (dated pre-fork) to the address of new one (dated post-fork)? What happened and is the BCC unrecoverable? /r/Bitcoin
Crazy thought: but would it be possible to store all your personal data on the blockchain and only having to remember the private key to download it, making it invulnerable to hacks and removing the need for backups? /r/Bitcoin
